Above is the link to the description of the health benefits of Primal defense. I learned years ago, that I have a weak digestive system, and I have taken herbs and such for a long time. But, why have I been waiting to take this product, I don't really know. It's been sitting in our medicine cabinet, and I see the bottle every day.
